Replacement Policy

Replacement Window
We offer a 7-day replacement policy from the date of delivery. Requests made after 7 days of receiving the item will not be eligible for replacement.

Eligibility for Replacement
You may request a replacement if:

  • The item is defective or damaged
  • You received the wrong item
  • The product has a manufacturing fault

To qualify:

  • The item must be unused and in its original condition
  • All original packaging, tags, and accessories must be included
  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required

Replacement Process

  • Contact our support team within 7 days of delivery
  • Provide clear images/videos showing the issue
  • Once your request is approved, we will guide you through the replacement process

Shipping for Replacements

  • In case of defective, damaged, or incorrect items, we will cover the shipping cost for the replacement
  • For any other reasons, customers may be required to bear shipping charges

Non-Replacementable Items
The following items are not eligible for replacement:

  • Items damaged due to misuse or mishandling
  • Products without original packaging or missing accessories
  • Clearance, sale, or customized items (if applicable)

Processing Time
Once the returned item is received and inspected, the replacement will be processed within 3–5 business days. Delivery timelines for the replaced item may vary based on location.
