We offer a 7-day return policy from the date of delivery. If 7 days have passed since you received your order, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a return or exchange.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition
- The item must be returned in its original packaging with all tags intact
- Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required
Non-Returnable Items

- Items purchased on sale or clearance
- Personal care or hygiene-related products (if applicable)
- Customized or personalized items
Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping charges. We do not offer free return shipping. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your returned item:
- You will be notified regarding the approval or rejection of your refund
- If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days
Exchange Policy
We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect. If you need an exchange, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos as proof. We will arrange a replacement or resolution accordingly.
